Bartos, J.D., is a seasoned business attorney, trial lawyer, and strategic advisor with over 25 years of courtroom experience and legal leadership across healthcare, technology, entertainment, and emerging enterprises. As the founder of The Bartos Group LLC, he leads a boutique law firm that provides Concierge General Counsel services—a model of hands-on, relationship-driven legal support designed for companies navigating growth, complexity, and transformation.

Todd's practice blends elite litigation credentials with entrepreneurial insight. He has litigated hundreds of cases nationwide, including high-stakes jury trials, appellate arguments, arbitrations, and mediations. His deep litigation background is matched by a sophisticated transactional and regulatory practice that supports businesses from formation through funding, scaling, and exit.

At The Bartos Group, Todd advises startups, private companies, healthcare institutions, and creative ventures on:

Todd is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Arkansas, and is based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. In addition to his legal work, he is active in the entertainment industry as a producer and legal advisor through Bartos Entertainment Group LLC, aligning legal services with storytelling, production, and media innovation.
