Entertainment Law
The Bartos Group LLC offers a premier Entertainment Law practice that seamlessly blends legal precision with deep, real-world industry experience. Representing clients across theater, music, film, and digital media, the firm provides a full suite of services—including contract negotiation, intellectual property protection, labor and union counsel, and strategic advisory support for creative ventures and live productions.
What sets the practice apart is its direct collaboration with affiliated entities such as Bartos Entertainment Group LLC (BEG)—a Tony-nominated production company dedicated to original storytelling across platforms. Formerly known as Bartos Theatrical Group, BEG works closely with managers, Grammy-nominated engineers, merchandise producers, and PR teams to develop, monetize, and scale creative content. This tight synergy ensures that The Bartos Group’s legal counsel is deeply informed by the operational and creative realities of the entertainment world.
Through its affiliation with Fair Play Productions, a transatlantic company with roots in New York, Dublin, and London, The Bartos Group maintains strong ties to the global entertainment community, expanding its reach and capacity to support international productions and co-productions.
The Entertainment Law team is led by attorneys who are also practitioners in the field, offering clients a rare combination of legal acumen and insider perspective. Associate Aidan Cleary serves as a producer and general manager at Fair Play Productions, and Maia Falconi-Sachs, a co-producer on the 25th Anniversary revival of Reefer Madness (Lead Producers Kristen Bell and Alan Cumming), brings additional expertise from her legal work with Open Horizon, a nonprofit advancing educational and economic equity.
Together, The Bartos Group LLC, Bartos Entertainment Group LLC, and Fair Play Productions form an integrated ecosystem offering clients a powerful blend of legal protection and creative strategy—ideal for producers, artists, and companies seeking sophisticated counsel from professionals who truly understand the art and the business behind entertainment.
